I Am Legend Ending

I couldn't believe it when I watched the 'I am Legend' Ending.

As a Numerologist, numbers and dates hold a unique fascination for me as obviously they are the pulse of my working and; to be honest, waking life.

I appreciate that much has been written about the Mayan prophecy that seems to predict the end of the world in 2012.

However, it was the specific date used in the I am Legend ending that made me take a sharp intake of breath!

September 9th 2012.

Let me explain a little about Numerology to help you appreciate the significance.

Numerology is the science and psychology of numbers and is often credited to Pythagoras in the 6th century BC for its origins, when in fact the history of the science can be dated back to as early as the Sumerians.

I digress. Basically, Numerology propounds that numbers have meanings.

Therefore a date has its own specific meaning too.

In a numerological year the date September 9th is very significant as this is when the Universe is in tune with the numbered day, month and year, making the meaning all that more potent

For example, this year 2008 (2+0+0+8= 10=1) is universally a 1 year (all numbers reducing to a single digit)

Therefore September 9th 2008 all reduces to a 1.

September = 9 (9th month) 9th=9 and 2008 =1. Add these together and you get 9+9+1= 19=1.

September 9th is the 1st date in the year when all of the date adds up to the same as the Universal year that we're all on.

For 2008 the 1 significance will mean that brand new beginnings will be made and that innovative individuals full of originality will come to the fore around this time.

However, if you apply this to September 9th 2012 (9+9+5=23/5) the number that becomes amplified is 5.

In Numerology the number 5 refers to personal freedoms, adventure, exploring what society has laid down as forbidden and ultimate change.

It is also the number of controversy, expansion and opportunity.

Many, as I said earlier believe that the world will end in 2012, what I believe is that there will be great change.

But I believe that this change will be a change in human consciousness.

The human race will examine how we've used our personal freedoms and really begin to wonder if somehow along the way we lost the plot.

Attributes such as materialism, greed, lust, envy and exploitation etc will be held up as the destructive choices they are, allowing a new consciousness to sweep over the planet where fairness, equality, love and honour become the new must haves.

Aren't these qualities, in deed, exactly what those in power in our societies have laid down as forbidden? If not forbidden, then so difficult to attain because of red-tape and non-sensical laws that no-one persists long and hard enough to accomplish them?

All of this will create controversy I'm sure, as many will fall foul of their old die hard habits and negative attributes will no longer be tolerated by society as a whole.

Instead there will be the opportunity for a whole brand new uplifting adventure - the beginning of the future for the human race.

In fact, just as there was in the I am Legend ending.

Makes you think, doesn't it?
