Summary: There is increasing clarity that the attack on Libya by some Western countries has no connection with the asserted humanitarian grounds for it, since many other African and other countries (eg. Sudan) have for years with impunity been committing genocide against their own populations – as the Bulgarian Prime Minister rightly points out. Also, U.S. Congressman Ed Markey says straight out that the U.S. war effort in Libya is due to oil – and Senator Dick Lugar declares: “We really have not found out who it is we are trying to support in Libya.” By extension, the U.S. war participation is illegal because only Congress can decide on war – and it was not asked! Instead of humanitarian goals, it all seems to be about Soros´ policy of opening up closed societies for their groups’ free looting of Libya’s oil reserves.
Tony Cartalucci is in no doubt that corporate owners are behind, and he writes that the third World War II has begun with the NWO taking over countries one by one – and that even Russia and China are helpless in this process. It is expressed clearly by the Council on Foreign Relations’ organ, The Foreign Affairs, on 21 March 2011: “Gaddafi must be ousted. There is another reason why selective containment is unwise: it would severely constrain the international community’s future options. The international community would need to help establish a Libyan version of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission that brought political opponents in South Africa to some kind of understanding. Meanwhile, the international community would also have to steer the development of democracy and good governance. Indeed, the threats that the LNC is already issuing should give the international community doubts about its readiness to lead in democratic government. Libya’s survival as a unified country will depend ….. on the careful planning of outside powers.” It cannot be expressed more clearly.
Libya is a tribal society. As “Die Zeit” writes Gaddafi is not killing his own people, the Gaddafi tribe,which he is now arming. He kills the rebellios tribes – which he should never have subdued. The rebels are made up of so-called Al-Qaida fighters and Islamists whom the British intelligence, the MI6, has protected, supported and paid for since 1996 – and the MI6 even prevented Osama bin Laden from being extradited for prosecution. The CIA trained the opposition party, the LNSF, since 1984. Western countries will not be able to contain them when Gaddafi is gone. They are armed with heavy artillery and tanks, rockets. In a haste, they were renamed “civil society”, the paid professional riot-mongers from outside, who are now setting North Africa and the Middle East ablaze.
UN Resolution 1973 provides only the right to enforce a no-fly zone and protect the civilian population – not to oust Gaddafi – which Obama and Cameron demand. Behind it all lies a UN General Assembly Recommendation on Responsibility to Protect (RtoP), where Tony Blair forced through to punish dictators or to intervene in failed states, who did not protect their people. This is inconsistent with the UN Charter, which states that “nothing in the present Charter shall authorize the United Nations to intervene in matters which are essentially covered by a State’s internal jurisdiction. States´ internal abuses – including the slaughter of civilians – cannot automatically be considered as “international” threats under the Charter. RtoP document excludes, for example, intervention in case of civil unrest and coups. NATO now seems bound to take command of the operation
Additionally, the war effort is directly lethal for us, as Americans are using depleted uranium against hard targets. As micro particles it is whirled up into the higher strata of air and from there spread by the winds throughout Europe and Asia. A clique of bellicose countries have started bombarding Libya in Order to maintain a UN adopted No-fly zone. Acc. to James Lindsay, vicepresident of the Council on Foreign Relations 25 March 2011, “the mission was poorly conceived, because a no-fly zone was never sufficient to protect civilians. The administration has not said what we will do if we actually get a ceasefire.” The noble – but no doubt mendacious – pretext is to protect civilians. Just odd, that this only happens now and not in all other African countries committing genocide for many years – and not after the Lockerbie bombing ordered by Gaddafi in 1988.
Russia’s NATO-ambassadør, Dmitry Rogzin, warned the alliance that it could be dragged into a full-scale war. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has taken a hard stance on the coalition mission in Libya, comparing the UN resolution to “medieval calls for crusades.”
Could it be that the Soros´ globalist commandment of opening all closed countries for free looting by their international corporations – as in Iraq – was the real reason?
In Denmark a united Parliament adopted the burning desire of the pime minister to go out and bomb Libyans. The Folly of Protection
Foreign Affairs (CFR) 20 March 2011: Resolution 1973 authorized UN member states to “take all necessary measures to protect civilians and civilian populated areas” in Libya by establishing a no-fly zone and enforcing an arms embargo. The resolution gave teeth to the much-heralded “responsibility to protect” (RtoP)– which, according to the 2005 UN World Summit Outcome, is the responsibility of the international community to “help protect populations from genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing, and crimes against humanity.”
Western nations secured the Resolution 1973 with ten votes in favor, no vetoes, and five abstentions from Brazil, China, Germany, India, and Russia.
The true complexity of the UN action against Qaddafi’s regime can be understood only by investigating the UN Charter, which specifies that “nothing contained in the present Charter shall authorize the United Nations to intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state.” The RtoP document precluded, for example, intervention in cases of civil disorder and coups. There is a tension between RtoP — in itself only a General Assembly recommendation — and the UN Charter itself. The Libyan resolution does not authorize the ouster of Qaddafi .
When foreigners liberators invade a country they often fall into one or more of three traps. 1. the replacing leadership cannot rule because it has not the necessary support, and, as in Iraq, civil strife follows the liberating invasion. 2. The country becomes a client state rather than a free nation. 3. The leadership learns that it can only govern as the previous dictator did — by force.
Legitimate armed interventions must cost fewer lives than they save – and be likely to be successful. The current intervention in Libya strains against the letter of the UN Charter law on intervention.

By the way, only the US Congress can start a war – and it was not asked. So, the US participation is unconstitutional. The Arab League criticizes the extent of the allied bombardments.

Within EU and NATO divides were seen. However on 24 March tough disagreements between France and Turkey seem to end with NATO taking the leadership of the operation. Unless ground troops are used, this war cannot be won by the bellicose servants of the oil hungry illuminati demanding “open societies” – meaning free access for their multinationals to steal Libya´s oil. Their humanity can be disregarded, when one sees their killing machines at play in Libya.
To justify this intervention, they have hastily established a civil society, which recognizes the CIA-supported opposition party, the LNSF.
