EU´s Role in the World Governance Announced by the EU

Summary: Time and again, both the EU and other illuminists are highlighting the EU as a model for the one-world state. Other similar constructions, e.g. the ASEAN and NAFTA have been attempted with the EU as a model – but certainly not with the same degree of integration. Indeed, EU Commission President Jose Barroso said the EU has delivered its part of the agreement on world governance, and EU Council President Van Rompuy, has declared the year 2009 as the first year of world governance – after the G20 meeting in London. In the same breath he said that the “climate conference in Copenhagen is another step towards global governance of our planet.” According to The Daily Mail this man is more dangerous than he looks: He is to stand for Europe´s “belgianisation”, ie. the dissolution of nation states. After the Lisbon Treaty, the Union developed megalomania with the desire to promote the “international community”, ie. the New World Order (which they are all talking about – videos) militarily. The EU has established a very expensive foreign service with embassies parallel to the now totally incapacitated nation states. Spearheading this travesty is the EU’s “High Representative”, small Catherine Ashton, who 2 months ago declared: “We have made a longstanding commitment to effective multilateralism with a strong UN at its center. Regional organizations are building blocks for global government”- after top Illuminatus, Zbigniew Brzezinski. The EU Parliament has been working for a World Parliament since 1994. So, the EU has great ambitions to count among the superpowers.

“Global Government” acc. to “EurActiv” is a very old question: cooperation between “sovereign” states on common challenges: first 1. peace and security 2. trade negotiations on tariff reductions, 3. Agriculture and 4. Intellectual Property Rights, 5. responses to the economic and financial crises, 6. environmental issues like climate change and 7. Biodiversity, 8. Terrorism, 9. nuclear proliferation, 10 migrations, 11 drug and human trafficking, and 12 health risks such as pandemics.
In practice, cooperation on these issues develops through formal institutions – such as the United Nations, The World Trade Organization and even the EU itself – and through more informal summits like the G8-G20 and intergovernmental conferences on climate change and biodiversity. A joint report by the U.S. National Intelligence Council and the EU Institute for Security Studies defines global governance more broadly as “all institutions, regimes, processes, partnerships and networks that contribute to collective action and problem solving at the international level. Institutions are planned built up since 1945 – and controlled by a tiny elite.

Looking now at what the EU has achieved in these fields, the result is pathetic – and the EU megalomania embarrassing:
Its Utopian Euromediterranean Project is now in shambles – like its climate ambitions based on lies – without consent of the US, Russia, China – and even its own populations. Its flagship, the Euro – thought by its “father”, Robert Mundell, to be an intermediary to the one world currency as now advocated by Rothschild/Soros – is an increasing catastrophe, more and more of its member states needing bail-outs, artificial respiration, yielded by all 27 members – thus also impoverishing the non-euro members. Which may very well be intended to achieve the one world currency! As for democracy, the final remnants disapperared with the Lisbon Treaty/Constitution, which ignored the rejection resulting from the few referenda given in countries which could not cheat their citizens of the opportunity to say “no” to giving up their souvereignty – and an Irish “Yes” was obtained through intimidation, corruption and lies. Now our politicians are stumbling over each other to give up our souvereignty to decide our own national budgets to Barroso & Co. As for controlling drug, human trafficking and migration the EU has had just the opposite effect: It has enormously increased these evils. Peace and security? The EU now has become a hawk in the service of Rothschild´s/George Soros´Open Society – threatening to attack all “closed” societies – provided they are not too big or have nuclar weapons!! Agricultural management has led to dismantling of well-functioning European agricultural units, increasing food prices and fraud. Nuclear proliferation control? Iran, Korea? Health? The biggest scandal in medical history after WWII, the mass vaccinations against the harmless “swine flu” in 2009/10 – WHO experts being in bed with the vaccine producers – was strongly recommended by the EU´s EMEA and national Health Services, even on children, although no one knew with what side effects. Now narcolepsy seems to be a side effect in children. This vaccine contained up to 1 mio. times the squalene that was strongly suspected to have made 125.000 soldiers sick in the first Gulf War, than the vaccine for those soldiers!

But nevertheless, the EU is a loyal, servile creature of his crimson champions and their future communist dictatorship over a humanity that is ideologically aligned and locked up in urbanized cages: The Agenda 21 It was this future that Pres Bush sr. talked about in his speech on the State of the Union in 1991: “What is at stake is … a new world order … to achieve the universal aspirations of mankind … based on common principles and the rule of (illuminat)law, …. The illumination of the thousand points of light (top masons as governors )…. The winds of change are with us now.”

Oh, no! I do not consider the corrupt, communist-infected EU or small fry like Barroso or van Rompuy the Big Beast of the Revelation – although this EUSSR is equally red as the Big Beast of the Revelation (Rev. 17) and as Mayer Amschel Rothschild´s red sign in Frankfurt (left), from which the red colour of revolution is derived. But this elite control the media – and so public opinion. As these persons and politicians are placing all their energy at the disposal of the red EUSSR – and especially of the “International Community” – ie. Rothschild´s / Weishaupt´s Communist New World Order – in consensus it is tempting to draw a parallel. So much more, since the historian, Wolfgang Eggert, through lifelong research can demonstrate that Jewish, Catholic and Evangelical doomsday sects with very great influence in Washington and on Mr. Netanyahu are using Bible prophecy as their work schedule towards the biblical doomsday scenario (eg. Matth. 24, Luke. 21 , Ezekiel 38-39, Habakkuk: 3) as demanded by the Illuminati-guru, Albert Pike. Herman van Rompuyeven declared 2009 to be the first year of world governance – introduced without our knowledge at the G20 meeting in London in Apr. 2009. EU Commission Pres., José Barroso: EU Press Release 24 March 2011 confirmed that the EU plays a role in world governance: “We are in fact now doing what was a very important aim for all those who wanted a stronger Union to complete the monetary union with an economic union. And I would like to link this also to the commitments that we all, as a European Union, have taken to the outside world, namely in the G20 process. We have promised ….. governance. And Europe may say that Europe has delivered its part of the bargain on global governance.”

EurActiv 13 Apr. 2011 - EU Commissioner, Stefan Füle: “We are ready to embark on economic integration with those (Euromed) countries, in addition to strengthening civil society and here, supporting their democratic developments, strengthening the democratic institutions and supporting their inclusive and sustainable growth. All of that you could do much better if you engage our neighbours with the idea of gradually creating the kind of European economic area which is working so well in Europe,” Füle said. Füle said that similarly a clearer perspective was required for the Eastern partners while they engage in painful reforms.

In a speech to the United Nations in February, EU High Representative Catherine Ashton said “we have a long-standing commitment to effective multilateralism with a strong UN at the core. A growing plethora of international institutions and agreements are attempting to tackle the world’s major challenges: economic, environmental or security.

What is the EU’s role in this emerging world order?
‘Global governance’ refers to a very old issue: cooperation between sovereign states on shared challenges: 1. peace and security 2. trade negotiations on tariff reductions, 3. agriculture and 4. intellectual property rights, 5. responses to economic and financial crises, 6. environmental issues such as climate change and 7. biodiversity, 8. counter-terrorism, 9. nuclear proliferation, 10. migration, 11. drug and human trafficking, and 12. health risks such as pandemics.

All this is occurring in a context where, since the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty, the EU has set high ambitions for itself.

EEAS
The EU’s foreign policy ambitions were boosted by the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty in December 2009. Among its innovations are the creation of the post of EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, fully-fledged EU embassies, and the establishment of the European External Action Service (EEAS). Since then, however, the results have been somewhat disappointing. Time and again the EU struggles to find a single voice and often seems to find itself marginalised by other countries. Last September the EU failed far to secure full representation in the UN General Assembly, and European countries have seen their representation reduced at the IMF and the World Bank to make room for emerging economies. EU member states are heavily overrepresented in

the United Nations Security Council.

Environmental governance
International efforts were largely developed following the June 1992 Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, following which major conventions on climate change and biodiversity were adopted. At global level the two main institutions currently involved are the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), established in 1972, and the UN Commission on Sustainable Development (CSD), created in 1992. Over the past decade, environmental conventions have multiplied and public agencies and departments have mushroomed at all levels, leading to a patchwork of agreements and regulations. Businesses have created their own environmental departments, and many new research and academic institutions have also been established.

In May 2012 a new Rio+20 ‘Earth Summit’ will be held in the same city ( (see the EurActiv LinksDossier on the Rio +20 – the craziest thing I have seen for a long time)). The summit will try to impose taxes on activities that harm the environment. Countries will also explore the idea of creating a ‘World Environmental Organisation’. So far the EU has made limited progress in persuading other countries to reduce their carbon emissions.

CarbonPositive 11 Apr. 2011: A new UN-brokered global climate agreement appeared as far away as ever following latest round of talks in Bangkok last week. Japan and Russia, reject any extension of Kyoto unless the US and major developing world emitters like China and India commit to emissions pledges first. The European Union wants an interim extension of Kyoto targets beyond 2012. Japan and Russia are against this.

Europe leads by example on continental governance
Regional integration efforts, sometimes explicitly modelled on the EU, are common across the world: ASEAN, NAFTA, Mercosur, the Gulf Cooperation Council. Pan-regional bodies generally have achieved very limited integration: the African Union, Unasur and the Arab League.

Look at the header of this blog and “Symbolism”, and you will see the role of the EU in its self-announced world governance illustrated.
