UFO fleet stationed around Earth
Video made of images found on NASA's Gateway Website. The photos show groups / or a fleet of shape-shifting UFO. NASA forgot to edit these photos, which for the first time REALLY show us that there are (alien) lifeforms living on the edge of space. Photos originally taken by Spacelab III. The fleet was photographed over the Polar Light.

Earth making War on Stupid People
Stupid people don’t live in grass huts and hunt with blow pipes in the deep dark jungle whilst howling at the moon while dancing around the camp fire. Stupid people work in 50 story glass towers surrounded by LCD screens that show the latest graphical data on supply and demand and pivot charts and forecast and a big Banner that Says…”I’m in Total Control”
Numbers are evil. Counting is bad and math gives you a headache. Arrogant stupid people want an equation… an algorithm for everything. The entire pursuit of stupid people Science is to make an equation that SUMS up everything.
It will be called, “The Stupid People Grand Unified Theory of How we (f)nuked the World”
Hello silly sheeple peoples. We promise to take every precaution while building this here Nuclear energy facility on an earthquake fault beside the ocean. We have quadruple double backup contingency plans built into every nut and bolt, so don’t you worry… just go back to your factory and pump out more useless stuff for our precious Global economy.
The zero sum game of all mathematical economies is death. The only way to continually grow the system and pay the debt interest is to produce more and waste more…. and by necessity you must have a never ending supply of resources to do it.
More Oil. More Gas. More Steel. More coal. More Timber. More and More and More.
Every inch of this Planet has been mapped and data based. Every molecule has been claimed by a Government or a Corporation. (which is the essence of 666) Stupid people have laid claim to the World and declared ownership. Oops, big mistake.
A few well placed precision bombs and the Glass house has started to crack. The super-consciousness known as Earth has twitched its little finger. Nothing too harsh… not like a magnitude 11 quake with a 300 meter monster wave that would wipe out 500 million people….no not yet. Just a little love tap. A few Katrina’s', a few mega-floods, a few Tsunamis. Nothing like getting folks wrapped around the camp fires and admiring the night sky. Should have turned out the lights while they still had houses and towns and lives. It goes for us all as well.
About 90% of what you and I do is to keep the system going. To keep the Machine turning. The system is killing this Planet.
What’s next? Nature is never predictable. Look for an escalation in the conflict. Wind, Water, Fire and Ice. People slow down when their food supplies are hit hard. People slow down even more when a Super-bug is on the prowl.
The Mid-east and the Oil supply are gonna get hit…. by human madness. Europe is going into economic and social meltdown. Already the great United States is showing signs that it has neither the will nor resources to respond to every crisis, and the U.S. will pull back even faster and further in 2011. China is setting itself up for the Mother of all Crashes.
If radiation and freakish weather don’t get the wayward children off the streets then I’m afraid WAR will. Big war. It is the final discipline measure. The Earth is very efficient… why kill Stupid People when they can do it to themselves.
Practical solutions on how to survive the War on Stupid People
Walk humbly upon the Earth.Walk. Park the wagon.Do less. Be more.Do no harm to another life form.Pull the plug. Hit the switch. Turn it off.Ditch the Plastic. Use only CASH.Turn off all wireless devices until needed.Downsize everything except breathing.Do less at workFinance nothing. Boycott all Banks.Read books.Go 100% open source. Go Linux.Give to people not to Organizations.Buy local. Never ever buy something made in China.Horde nothing. Do not get into reptile bunker mentality. At the most you might be able to store up six months supply…. Have enough for a couple of weeks. Get off the Pharma death drugs.
In an upcoming article I’ll be looking at digital subliminal influencing. As of yet only open source stuff like Linux has not been infiltrated by this subversive and mind bending technology. There are digital carrier wave forms that ride on the back of most of the signals and your brain is getting blasted 24/7 from all kinds of sources. The concept of ‘Windows’ on a computer screen was pioneered by Xerox and was a quantum field experiment. LCD and LED technologies are quantum fields and can be designed to subvert the human consciousness.

What did you do for Earth Hour? The (yawn) reality
The Toronto city skyline at 8:27 pm during Earth Hour, March 26, 2011. Image: Lucas Oleniuk/TORONTO STAR
Here’s a collection of thoughts, quotes, and of course the result of our WUWT poll on “what did you do for Earth Hour?
First, my own experience: Being keenly aware of it days ahead, even I forgot about it at the appointed time, having been distracted by normal family happenings, so I didn’t remember to turn on all my outdoor lights until 8:50PM. Given other news reports, it seems the novelty has worn off, and many many simply either forgot about it or don’t care.
Pointless symbolism isn’t what it used to be I suppose.
Here’s the newsbytes describing the (non)event worldwide (Thanks to Tom Nelson for many of them):
Is Toronto in the dark when it comes to Earth Hour?
Millions of people from 134 countries — from Delhi, India to Heidelberg, Germany — switched off their lights and televisions for the fifth annual Earth Hour on Saturday night to show their support for action on climate change.
But Toronto only saw a 5 per cent power drop during the event — half of the reduction achieved during Earth Hour in 2010.
The year before that, the city had a 15 per cent drop in megawatts being used.
“Honestly we still think it’s successful, we think it’s a great program,” said Jennifer Link, a spokeswoman for Toronto Hydro, who added that cool temperatures likely had many people using more heat than this time last year.
In Toronto, energy use fell by 115 megawatts between 8:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., a drop of about 5 per cent, said Jennifer Link, a spokeswoman for Toronto Hydro.
Last year, the city’s Earth Hour efforts saved 296 megawatts; in 2009, it was 454 megawatts.
Meanwhile, Nova Scotia Power reported saving 10 megawatts of power, a significant drop from last year’s 18 megawatts.
?Locally, the Toledo Zoo participated in the event. Facebook responses included “this is so silly”, “there is no way I can close early to participate” “C’mon, on a freezing cold Saturday night?” and “I enjoyed the hour”.
h/t to reader Brad R for this one below:

“Utility provider Enmax reported no noticeable drop in power consumption between 8: 30 p.m. and 9: 30 p.m. Saturday, when residents were asked to participate in Earth Hour by shutting off all nonessential power.”
As we drove along Ortigas Avenue, I was freakishly disappointed. Why? Because lights were on and it was Earth Hour.
Inside the car, I thought I wanted to blame the relatively-poor marketing the Earth Hour guys had on this year (You haven’t really noticed the Earth Hour 2011 ads as well right? You know they were there but the campaign wasn’t convincing enough).
Unfortunately, where I was, it was only us who participated in this event.
My parents slept early and I was left with my two grandchildren, age 6 and 7. I had to explain to them what this was all about.
Being just kids, they were restless. They kept on asking me how long will this last and why was it our neighbors did not do the same thing. I told them that it will only last for one hour and they should be proud to be a part of this worldwide event, to take a stand against climate change.
While we were waiting for the hour to pass, I decided to say the rosary and let them join me.
…Kids have this way of asking questions that any mature person would not dare to ask.
…
Five minutes after the hour had passed, we turned on the lights. They kids were happy. The Earth Hour has passed. In retrospect, I questioned myself if I can still go beyond.
Earth Hour will come early to Los Angeles International Airport. The ring of 15 100-foot-tall towers near the airport’s entrance will light up a solid green at 7:30 p.m. — an hour before Earth Hour — and remain illuminated for 60 minutes. Then the lights will go out from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., an airport news release says.
[Yeah that's just what I want from Earth Hour, screwing around with the electricity at one of the worlds busiest airports]
“Our goal for Earth Hour 2011 is to reach new, unprecedented heights of social engagement to fuel the single largest act of global participation the world has ever seen,” said Carey Isom, Senior Vice President of Digital Strategy at Arc Worldwide/Leo Burnett Worldwide. “As a HumanKind communications company dedicated to putting a brand’s purpose at the center of everything we do, we are honored to bring awareness and activation to this very special cause.”
…
Earth Hour is the largest mass participation event in human history and was organized by WWF—an election between Earth and global warming, organized the largest mass participation event in human history.Created by Leo Burnett Sydney in 2007 and carried on by Leo Burnett Chicago, Earth Hour was the first time people of all nationalities, race, ace, gender and religion were able to vote on the future of our planet as one global democracy. Now, just five years later, more than one billion people turned off their lights in celebration of Earth Hour.
[Hmm, more like a billion people don't HAVE electricity:
1.6 billion people — a quarter of humanity — live without electricity:
Breaking that down further:
Number of people living without electricityRegionMillions without electricitySource: globalissues.org Poverty Facts and Stats]
?
Yeah but, how much more CO2 did they release organizing the celebration, getting people there, and putting that guy up in the helicopter/airplane/hotair balloon/whatever to get the shot?
Two three-minute official Earth Hour videos are below. The 2010 video is all about the global warming hoax. The 2011 video fails to even mention global warming. To celebrate the worthy cause and encourage participation by residents and businesses in Earth Hour, Dewa, in partnership with Emirates Wildlife Society (EWS) in association with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), Emaar and other government departments and local schools and universities and NGOs and private sectors and residents, marked the event with a traditional Arabic heritage village at Emaar’s Burj Plaza in the Downtown district adjacent to the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa.
Over 20 Arabian tents filled with arts and crafts, traditional cooking stations, El Arish hospitality, educational exhibitions, music and many local gifts and souvenirs were enjoyed by over 6,000 people who took part in the fun festivities and Earth Hour celebrations. A family occasion, children were also catered to with their own arts and crafts tents, face-painting, delightful entertainment and a conservation exhibition to educate and inspire their young minds.
Make no mistake: this is what winning looks like. Of course, most alarmists are never going to come right out and admit that on The Most Important Issue of All Time, they were wrong and we were right. What they’re going to do is just gradually quit talking about it.

Earth Hour 2010 is set to be the best yet
They know the lights will be back on in less than an hour. If they tried Earth Month instead, that would be the end of the global warming religion.
Here is the results of the WUWT poll, as of noon PST, March 27th:

It seems wildly popular to turn on lights, or ignore the whole idea, rather than turn them off, doesn’t it?
However, in one country, North Korea, Earth hour was once again a stunning success:
Night-time satellite photo of North and South Korea. Note the single light for “Dear Leader”. Image from the Defense Meteorological Satellite Program the Meek shall inherit the Earth
None has done more for the movement than Adam Ramsay , a brave new socialist determined that those who have been successful in business, taking risks with their OWN capital MUST support those who have not by handing over said capital to the feckless. Or else.
Tonight, he is free from jail, after being arrested in Fortnums and Masons. Where will he return to to chew the cud with the great oppressed? A squat in Islington? A council flat in Tower Hamlets? Maybe a doorway with the homeless?
It won't be for long, I assure you. He is going to inherit Banff House and Estate (1300 acres) in Perthshire, ancestral home of the Ramseys of Banff (since 1232). As the website prefers to call it a small castle, I'm sure Fortnum and Masons has not seen the last of Adam Ramsey of the Banff Estate
I'm off to see if his ancestral home has ever claimed any EU subsidies from the taxpayer. Up the workers, bruvver.

Neighborhood sinking in Everett, WA as Earth Collapses

EVERETT, Wash. -- People living in the Valley View neighborhood of southeast Everett are waiting and watching. A two story house on their block is tilted at a 20 degree angle and could collapse at any moment.
A crack in the earth that first appeared six weeks ago is now threatening about four homes. The City of Everett has "red tagged" the home on Burl which is collapsing. That means no one is allowed near the property.
A "yellow tag" was posted on two other properties where the land is giving way.
A surface slide in the area of Rob and Margaret Lund's house caused their deck and cement patio to completely collapse.

Nuclear Power Reactors Do Not Belong On The Surface of the Earth
global economic crisis Dr. Edward Teller, japan nuclear crisis, japan nuclear meltdown, nuclear power Thursday, 17 March 2011
and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
Those who destroy the earth will be destroyed. A strong message from the ancient prophets. Don’t fuck with mother nature… she will push back eventually. The Earth is a super consciousness and knows when its organisms and balances are in danger.
So Japan brought this disaster upon themselves? Yes,… in a way, just like we will all face the consequences of our actions Japan is reaping what it has sown. Japan is probably the most egregious destroyer of ocean life through years of mega open ocean trawlers and horrendous fishing practices around the entire world. Japan is also the largest killer of whales. Japan is also one of the largest importer of wood and has huge influence on forestry practices right across the entire globe.
In terms of scale the U.S. is a bigger polluter and uses more natural resources than Japan. But… the U.S. has also been the leader in almost every good environmental technology and practice that has been developed in the last 50 years.
So who’s next. The Pacific Northwest. 80% of the old growth forest in Washington, Oregon and B.C. has been wiped out. British Columbia Canada in particular is one of the worst offenders in the practice of harvesting raw resources like timber, fish and sea life. In a mere 50 years the paradise like ecology of coastal B.C. has been devastated by human greed and horrendous ecological abuse. To put this in perspective the Coastal Rain Forest along the Pacific Northwest contains the most Biomass per hectare than anywhere on the Earth. Recently Bald Eagles have been falling out of the sky… because they are starving! Starving in the most biologically rich ecosystem on earth.
Right here, right now I am predicting the total destruction of Vancouver B.C. Canada. Vancouver is the gateway for all trade through western Canada and a huge amount of resources flow through its ports.
Bullshit economy is an electronic blip on a computer screen. It is the antithesis of Life. Much of nature has been destroyed for simple greed and not essential for human survival. We have always had choices and we knew it. I said several days ago when the nuclear crisis in Japan was just starting that it would grow and overshadow even the apocalyptic destruction of the quake and tsunami. 6 reactor cores are in potential meltdown and this thing is going to get out of control.
Human economy is being systematically targeted. It’s like a smart bomb designed to hit the moronic and stupid Global trade system. The Earth is truly amazing. Mankind will not learn and will invent more evil and destructive ways to continue its Economy of Death. Then this world is going to get slapped down. Some prophets have called it a Global coastal event. Others have said it will be a massive sun flare. There are a lot of ways to bring our stupid and greedy species down to their shaking knees.
On a Personal note:
I was locking up the ground floor of a (Billion Dollar) Oil Tower in Calgary recently. Minuets before I had been checking alarm systems up in the Penthouses where the Oil Barrons keep their trophies and dirty secrets. Down on the first and second floors Indo/Pak cleaners were scrubbing away diligently and Asian store owners were stocking shelves. I received a radio message to come down and kick out some street people. Four Natives were huddled in a corner table. They were not disturbing anybody or making a mess. It was -39 Celsius outside. The Indo/Asian workers were frothing at the mouth for me to kick out the vagrants. In a moment a clarity I saw it. This world is fucked. I told the Pakis to get back to work and I also said I don’t kick Canadians out onto the street in -40. 100 years ago these First Nations people lived a free and bountiful life on this very spot under the concrete abomination. I asked the Natives about the homeless shelter. It was full and also full of abuse and indignities most done by white power mongers. One guy lost his wife last year when she was found smoking in a bathroom stall and immediately kicked out onto the street when the temperature was -44 with windchill. She froze to death that night.
The Hopi, the Stoney, the Sioux, the Haida and the countless other including the Mayans saw it coming a long time ago.

Part of a greater Earth Changes catastrophe?
Update: A second explosion has rocked Japan’s troubled Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant, leaving three workers injured and seven other missing, Tokyo Electric Power Co. said.
An 800 meter cloud of radioactive death was released, but authorities say all is well.
Doomsday Catastrophe:
$1 Trillion in direct damage caused by Japan Earthquake$10 Trillion in derivative, insurance and lost productivity in the financial systemFurther pressure on the already collapsing House of Glass Global economyEcological disaster bigger that Gulf spill caused by billions of liters of toxins, oil, gas and radiationLoss of very productive agricultural lands. Further inflation on Food pricesDon’t look to science for the answers. Something is happening to our planet and it is pointing to a large scale Global coastal event. It is a little weird that as we approach 2012 that there is a marked increase in large earthquakes and global weather phenomena. Simple statistical math will lead to the conclusion that the west coast of North America will have the next huge mega quake. By all accounts a 8-9.6 quake is overdue in the region. Vancouver BC, Seattle, Portland and San Francisco would have mass casualties in the 100,000s. In 1700 a 9+ quake hit the region and debris have been found as high as 300 feet above sea level.
Human stupidity. Do not underestimate the impact of Nuclear weapons test on on the planet and more precisely on the Earths’ magnetic field. It is estimated that the total yield of all the atmospheric nuclear weapons tests conducted is 438 megatons. That’s equivalent to 29,200 Hiroshima size bombs. In the 36 years between 1945 and 1980 when atmospheric testing was being conducted this would have been equivalent to exploding a Hiroshima size bomb in the atmosphere every 11 hours. In total over 1 Gigaton of nuclear explosion have occurred on planet earth.
For 5000 years ancient civilization have pointed to the coming of the destroyer. Planet X, Dark-star, Nibiru. There is a large solar body just outside our system. It is big and is having a gravitational effect on our inner solar system, the Sun and planets.
Doomsday.
We ain’t seen nothin yet.
The ice cap or inland ice covers 1,833,900 square km, equivalent to 85 percent of Greenland’s total area, and extends 2,500 km (1,553 miles) from north to south and up to 1,000 km from east to west. At its center, the ice can be up to 3 km thick, representing 10 percent of the world’s total fresh water reserves. If all the ice were to melt, the world’s oceans would rise seven meters.
The greatest cataclysm in recorded history is about to happen and nobody is paying attention. (Actually lots of people are watching and getting ready. They have huge stores of food, medicine, weapons and all kinds of secured bunkers to escape to thanks to your Tax dollars) The general public and media are oblivious. The Green Ice-shelf is collapsing. The problem is too much water. While there has been undeniable melting around the edges of the ice mass the real problem has been extreme temperature oscillation. Glacier and ice sheets are fragile, they do not react well to big temperature swings. Quick flowing water will cut through 5000 years of icepack in days. The ice-shelf is being eaten away from the inside where massive cracks have allowed torrents of water to flow in and destabilize the integrity of the ice-shelf. There may be chasm hundreds of kilometers long that like the cracks on an egg shell will spread and weaken the entire ice-shelf until it collapses and falls into the sea.

It has been predicted that if global warming continues, the world’s major ice shelves will melt by 2040, causing oceans to rise by between 7m and 14m.
In The Bulletin magazine, Dr Flannery says the Arctic ice cap has entered “a death spiral” that will see it melt away entirely in summer within the next five to 15 years.
He says if the Greenland ice sheet collapses, oceans will rise by about 6m. “And that could happen surprisingly quickly,” he says. “The Larsen B ice shelf on the Antarctic Peninsula . . . had been stable for 12,000 years, yet it shattered to fragments over just a few weeks.”
Al Gore and Exxon can debate the cause, both of them are wrong. Nobody knows what is going on. The most likely causes are solar system cycles that we have very little understanding of. What we do know to some degree is impact. 6-7 meter rise in ocean levels would displace 1 Billion People. 35% of the World’s most productive agricultural lands would be lost. Every major Port and water-way would be devastated. The infrastructure rebuilding will cost $10?s of Trillions. Half the World’s economy exist within 50km of the shoreline.
We don’t have 30 years. It’s going to happen within 2 years. Edgar Kaycee saw it. A group of Military Remote Viewers have forecast the event. Dozens of varied and different cultures around the world have warned us about it.
Runaway warming
The danger is that if too much methane is released, the world will get hotter no matter how drastically we slash our greenhouse gas emissions. Recent studies suggest that emissions from melting permafrost could be far greater than once thought. And, although it is too early to be sure, some suspect this scenario is already starting to unfold: after remaining static for the past decade, methane levels have begun to rise again, and the source could be Arctic permafrost.
What is certain is that the Arctic is warming faster than any other place on Earth. While the average global temperature has risen by less than 1 °C over the past three decades, there has been warming over much of the Arctic Ocean of around 3 °C. In some areas where the ice has been lost, temperatures have risen by 5 °C.
This intense warming is not confined to the Arctic Ocean. It extends south, deep into the land masses of Siberia, Alaska, Canada, Greenland and Scandinavia, and to their snowfields, ice sheets and permafrost. In 2007, the North American Arctic was more than 2 °C warmer than the average for 1951 to 1980, and parts of Siberia over 3 °C warmer. In 2008, most of Siberia was 2 °C warmer than average.

Flashback: Gordon Blessed Japan’s Earth and Sea

As we reported back at the time, when Jonah Brown last went to Japan he attended an 8-course dinner with the theme “Blessings of the Earth and Sea”. It goes without saying that on the same visit he agreed a nuclear fuel re-processing deal for Sellafield (which he also cursed). Let all the corners of the earth know and be warned that the one-eyed, accursed son of the manse brings disaster of biblical proportions to everything and everywhere he touches…

Russian Warning Issued Over "Controlled" Comet Headed Towards Earth !
Most ominous in Minister Serdyukov’s report is his assertion that Comet Elenin appears to be in “direct contact” with the mysterious Jupiter-sized planet discovered beyond the orbit of Pluto that is, also, headed inbound towards our Sun.
Interesting to note about Comet Elenin is that even though the American space agency NASA has said “Because of the possibility that the comet's orbit slightly deviate from, there is no guarantee that Earth will be missed”, they have, also, in contradiction, stated that “…Comet Elenin will come nowhere near the Earth. At its closest (on 10 September 2011) it will be more than 25 million km from our planet.”
To the identity of those extraterrestrial forces controlling Comet Elenin our world had been forewarned about by the former Canadian Defense Minister, Paul Hellyer, who stated about them: “Decades ago, visitors from other planets warned us about where we were headed and offered to help. But instead we, or at least some of us, interpreted their visits as a threat, and decided to shoot first and ask questions after.”
People Of Earth: Prepare For Economic Disaster
It is not just the United States that is headed for an economic collapse. The truth is that the entire world is heading for a massive economic meltdown and the people of earth need to be warned about the coming economic disaster that is going to sweep the globe. The current world financial system is based on debt, and there are alarming signs that the gigantic global debt bubble is getting ready to burst. In addition, global prices for the key resources that the major economies of the planet depend on are rising very rapidly. Despite all of our advanced technology, the truth is that human civilization simply cannot function without oil and food. But now the price of oil and the price of food are both increasing dramatically. So how is the current global economy supposed to keep functioning properly if it soon costs much more to ship products between continents? How are the billions of people that are just barely surviving today supposed to feed themselves if the price of food goes up another 30 or 40 percent? For decades, most of the major economies around the globe have been able to take for granted that massive amounts of cheap oil and massive amounts of cheap food will always be there. So what happens when that paradigm changes?
At last check, the price of U.S. crude was over 104 dollars a barrel and the price of Brent crude was over 115 dollars a barrel. Many analysts fear that if the crisis in Libya escalates or if the chaos in the Middle East spreads that we could see the all-time record of 147 dollars a barrel broken by the end of the year. That would be absolutely disastrous for the global economy.
But it isn't just the chaos in the Middle East that is driving oil prices. The truth is that oil prices have been moving upwards for months. The recent revolutions in the Middle East have only accelerated the trend.
Let's just hope that the "day of rage" being called for in Saudi Arabia later this month does not turn into a full-blown revolution like we have seen in other Middle Eastern countries. The Saudis keep a pretty tight grip on their people, but at this point anything is possible. A true revolution in Saudi Arabia would send oil prices into unprecedented territory very quickly.
But even without all of the trouble in the Middle East the world was already heading for an oil crunch. The global demand for oil is rising at a very vigorous pace. For example, last year Chinese demand for oil increased by almost 1 million barrels per day. That is absolutely staggering. The Chinese are now buying more new cars every year than Americans are, and so Chinese demand for oil is only going to continue to increase.
Much could be done to increase the global supply of oil, but so far our politicians and the major oil company executives are sitting on their hands. They seem to like the increasing oil prices.
So for now it looks like oil prices will continue to rise and this is going to result in much higher prices at the gas pump.
Already, ABC News is reporting that regular unleaded gasoline is going for $5.29 a gallon at one gas station in Orlando, Florida.
The U.S. economy in particular is vulnerable to rising oil prices because our entire economic system is designed around cheap gasoline. If the price of gas goes up to 5 or 6 dollars a gallon and it stays there it is going to have a catastrophic effect on the U.S. economy.
Just remember what happened back in 2008. The price of oil hit an all-time high of $147 a barrel and then a few months later the entire financial system had a major meltdown.
Well, as the price of oil rises it is going to create a whole lot of imbalances in the global financial system once again.
This is definitely a situation that we should all be watching.
But it is not just the price of oil that could cause a global economic disaster.
The global price of food could potentially be even more concerning. As you read this, there are about 3 billion people around the globe that live on the equivalent of 2 dollars a day or less. Those people cannot afford for food prices to go up much.
But global food prices are rising. According to the United Nations, the global price of food has risen for 8 consecutive months. Last month, the global price of food set a brand new all-time record high. Many are starting to fear that we could actually be in the early stages of a major global food crisis.
The price of just about every major agricultural commodity has been absolutely soaring during the past year....
*The price of corn has doubled over the last six months.
*The price of wheat has more than doubled over the past year.
*The price of soybeans is up about 50% since last June.
*The price of cotton has more than doubled over the past year.
*The commodity price of orange juice has doubled since 2009.
*The price of sugar is the highest it has been in 30 years.
Unfortunately, the production of food in most countries around the world is very highly dependent on oil, so as oil goes up in price this is going to make the food crisis even worse.
Hold on to your hats folks.
Also, as I have written about previously, the world is facing some very serious problems when it comes to water. Due to the greed of the global elite, there is not nearly enough fresh water to go around. The following are some very disturbing facts about the global water situation....
*Worldwide demand for fresh water tripled during the last century, and is now doubling every 21 years.
*According to USAID, one-third of all humans will face severe or chronic water shortages by the year 2025.
*Of the 60 million people added to the world’s cities every year, the vast majority of them live in impoverished slums and shanty-towns with no sanitation facilities whatsoever.
*It is estimated that 75 percent of India's surface water is now contaminated by human and agricultural waste.
*Not only that, but according to a UN study on sanitation, far more people in India have access to a mobile phone than to a toilet.
*In northern China, the water table is dropping one meter per year due to overpumping.
These days, one of the trendy things to do is to call water "the oil of the 21st century", but unfortunately that is not a completely inaccurate statement. Fresh, clean water is something that we all need, but right now world supplies are getting tight.
Our politicians and the global elite could be doing something about this if they really wanted to, but right now they seem perfectly fine with what is happening.
On top of everything else, the sovereign debt crisis is worse than it has ever been before.
All of the major global central banks have been feverishly printing money in an attempt to "paper over" this crisis, but it is not going to work.
Most Americans don't realize it, but right now the continent of Europe is a financial basket case. Greece and Ireland would have imploded already if they had not been bailed out, and now Portugal is on the verge of collapse. The interest rate on Portugal's 10-year notes has now been above 7% for about 3 weeks, and most analysts believe that it is only a matter of time before they are forced to accept a bailout.
Sadly, if the entire global economy experiences a slowdown because of rising oil prices, we could see half a dozen European nations default on their debts if they are not bailed out.
For now the Germans seem fine with bailing out the weak sisters that are all around them, but that isn't going to last forever.
A day or reckoning is coming for Europe, and when it arrives the reverberations are going to be felt all across the face of the earth. The euro is on very shaky ground already, and whether or not it can survive the coming crisis is an open question.
Of course there are some very serious concerns about Asia as well. The national debt of Japan is now well over 200% of GDP and nobody seems to have a solution for their problems. Up to this point, Japan has been able to borrow massive amounts of money at extremely low interest rates from their own people, but that isn't going to last forever either.
As I have written about so many times before, the biggest debt problem of all is the United States. Barack Obama is projecting that the federal budget deficit for this fiscal year will be a new all-time record 1.65 trillion dollars. It is expected that the total U.S. national debt will surpass the 15 trillion dollar mark by the end of the fiscal year.
Shouldn't we have some sort of celebration when that happens?
15 trillion dollars is quite an achievement.
Most Americans cannot even conceive of a debt that large. If the federal government began right at this moment to repay the U.S. national debt at a rate of one dollar per second, it would take over 440,000 years to pay off the national debt.
But the United States is not alone. The truth is that wherever you look, there is a sea of red ink covering the planet.
The current global financial system is entirely based on debt. If the total amount of debt does not continually expand, the system will crash. If somehow a way was found to keep this system going perpetually (which is impossible), the size of global debt would keep on increasing infinitely.
Now the World Economic Forum says that we need to grow the total amount of debt by another 100 trillion dollars over the next ten years to "support" the anticipated amount of "economic growth" around the world that they expect to see.
The entire global financial system is a gigantic Ponzi scheme. It is designed to keep everyone enslaved to perpetual debt. If at some point the debt spiral gets interrupted in some significant way, we are going to witness an economic disaster that is going to make what happened in 2008 look like a Sunday picnic.
The more research that one does on the current global economic situation, the more clear it becomes that we are absolutely doomed.
So people of earth you had better get ready.
An economic disaster is coming.
