Massive US Troop Buildup On Mexican Border Fuels Invasion Fears

A grim report prepared by Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov, Chairman of Russia’s Government Military-Industrial Commission, is warning today that US President Obama’s order to install Raytheon (RTN) SM-3 missile defense systems 50 miles from the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad this past week is “more than likely” related to America’s planned invasion of Mexico that he warns “may be imminent.”

Ivanov’s Commission is a permanent body set up to organize and coordinate the efforts of Russian federal bodies of executive authority in implementing state policy on military-industrial issues, as well as to provide military-technical support for the country’s defenses, enforce law and order, and ensure the state’s security and further notes in his report that the last time the United States installed these types of missiles so close to the Motherlands border was during the President John F. Kennedy [1917-1963] administration in 1961 and which prompted then Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev [1894-1971] to order nuclear missiles to the Caribbean island of Cuba causing the Cuban Missile Crisis [1962] which brought our world to the brink of all-out atomic warfare.

Ivanov states in his report that this “unprovoked military provocation” against Russia on the part of the United States is linked to the long-planned US retrenchment within the confines of the America’s he warns these “Western madmen” are prepared to defend “at all costs.”

The genesis of the United States planned retrenchment is based upon the 2004 secret Pentagon report prepared for then President George W. Bush which warned that climate change over the next 20 years could result in a global catastrophe costing millions of lives in wars and natural disasters and gives the grim conclusion that “Once again, warfare would define human life.”

Fueling American fears even more, this report continues, is the historic drought currently engulfing Texas and Northern Mexico that is now expanding, and Russian climate scientists warn will create a massive new desert “dead zone” forcing tens-of-millions to flee to other areas of the North American Continent, is accelerating the secret Pentagon reports timeline by “at least” a decade.

Mexico, which is currently facing a drought that has affected nearly every region of the country, was hit even harder this summer when the normally predictable June monsoon rains failed to fall leaving millions in distress and a water crisis of unprecedented proportions.

Important to note is that Mexican President Felipe Calderon barely 2 years ago called for urgent measures to prevent massive water shortages that his country might face in the coming years and stated, “In the past 60 years, water resources dwindled by more than 78% due to excessive pumping from aquifers, as well as due to dilapidated reservoirs and water delivery systems.”

Faced with tens-of-millions of Mexican’s fleeing their homeland to a United States already nearing collapse itself, and facing the dire prospect of having to relocate tens-of-millions of its own citizens, this report states that US military and intelligence agencies have long planned for the scenario of invading Mexico and making it a protectorate of a North American Union that would, also, include Canada.

The ideology behind the United States planned subjugation of North America, Ivanov says, is based upon what are termed “relief valve” nations modeled on the European Union (EU) whose rich northern members (Germany, France, Britain) who “absorbed” into a Continent-wide confederation their massively economically and socially inferior Eastern and Southern neighbors.

Without the creation of the EU, Ivanov states, Europe would have, “without a doubt,” descended into another all-out war as this region has done repeatedly for centuries costing hundreds-of-millions of lives.

Unbeknownst to the Mexican people, however, Ivanov warns in this report that these people are currently undergoing the most brutal method for causing their eventual “absorption” into the American-led North American Union is termed “balkanization,” and which was designed by its Western planners as the “preferred method” to destabilize and eventually conquer any nation opposed to its tyrannical-corporate rule. [Note: Balkanization, or Balkanisation, is a geopolitical term, originally used to describe the process of fragmentation or division of a region or state into smaller regions or states that are often hostile or non-cooperative with each other, and it is considered pejorative.]

The “balkanization” model being implemented by the Western powers in Mexico, Ivanov continues, is based on their experiences in destroying the former European nation of Yugoslavia they needed to break apart in order to gain access to the vital oil and gas reserves of the Caspian Sea Region which without the EU would not be able to survive long into the 21st Century.

Ivanov states in his report that the “balkanization” of Mexico began under the leadership of President Vicente Fox who ruled from 2000 to 2006 who, when he immediately left office, called for the establishment of a North American Union in a series of interviews to promote his new book, Revolution of Hope, and declared that anyone who opposes such “harmonization” and diminishment of sovereignty was a “racist” and “xenophobic.”

Following Fox as leader of Mexico was Felipe Calderón whose first act as President on 11 December 2006 sent 6,500 Mexican federal troops to the state of Michoacán unleashing the bloodiest war in North America since the US Civil War [1861-1865] costing, as of June of this year, over 35,000 lives.

This staggering death toll, Ivanov notes in his report, would not have been possible without the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) funneling thousands of weapons, ammunition and explosives to the drug cartels waging this unrelenting war against Mexico and which, sadly, Obama has not only continued but actually accelerated.

With the CIA providing the weapons needed by the drug cartels to unleash their reign of terror upon the Mexican people, Ivanov continues, the Pentagon “predictably” issued a dire warning this past January stating that “Mexico is at risk of becoming a failed state.”

As the “balkanization project” of Mexico nears its completion, Ivanov says, the “signs” pointing towards an immediate US invasion are growing and include Obama’s ordering of CIA and retired US Military personal to Mexico in early August, Obama’s ordering that US National Guard troops currently on the Mexican border to stay for an “additional 90 days” this past week, and numerous reports of US Military troop and equipment movements moving towards the American southwestern region camouflage painted and covered for Mexican warfare instead of desert markings needed for their wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Ivanov further notes that based on the information contained in General Alexey Maslov’s recent report on the United States planned 27 September DEFCON 1 “Cocked Pistol” maximum readiness alert drill (which we reported on in our 14 September report Obama Ordered To Denver Bunker By US Military) that it is “well within the possibilities” that the US is planning an Operation Northwoods “false flag” type attack upon America that will cost hundreds, if not thousands, of US civilian casualties prompting a public outcry for the immediate invasion of Mexico.

As is always the case in these types of events, the American people will be the last to know the truth of what is occurring, and as the attacks of 11 September 2001 proved, will rally behind their military-political-corporate-bankster masters and fall “hook, line and sinker” for the lies being told to them failing to even notice, that just like Afghanistan, the Pentagon and CIA, and again as always, are funding both sides of the war.

To the “success record” of these Western “madmen,” as Ivanov calls them, of creating continent wide unions like the EU, one even wonders if the American people even know that this “project” has been so successfully that just yesterday their Federal Reserve Bank had to bail them out with untold trillions-of-dollars and NATO forces, once again, are threatened with having to return to the Balkans.
