As Hopi, we ask you to join us in prayer to balance mother earth and all life. We believe that, through our prayers and that if we pray with good hearts as told by our Elders, we can lesson the impact of these events.

We as the Hopi join our prayers with those of the Dalai Lama along with people from around the world to send healing to Japan, the earth and all life.

In this time of change, we ask all the people of the world to return to a more balanced way of life.

Hopi say there is a path to follow that allows for us to move through this time of change.

Walk gently upon our earth with respect for her and all life.

A return to connecting our heart with the heart of the path to the future.

Scientists issue New Zealanders grave warning about climate change

New Zealanders have been issued with a stark warning to expect "surprises" by scientists who say they cannot keep up with extreme weather events linked to climate change.
Scientists opened a climate change conference in Wellington yesterday by stating that changes in climate being experienced around the globe were beyond their worst-case scenarios.
The founding director of the Climate Change Research Institute, Martin Manning, said policy-makers needed to stop waiting for scientists to come up with answers about trends for the future, or definite measurements for how much sea levels or temperatures would rise by.
Almost simultaneously, devastating floods battered Sir Lanka, Brazil and Queensland earlier this year. Professor Manning said policy-makers should start getting prepared for greater risks, instead of waiting for the lengthy process of scientists linking events together.
Extreme rainfall around the world had been more than scientists had been predicting from climate models.
"Society needs to take over from science when we're talking about global risk management.
"We can't wait till the scientists understand everything."

People in Canterbury are being warned of more earthquakes and aftershocks for years to come.
The Natural Hazards Manager at GNS Science, Kelvin Berryman, says it is impossible to tell for sure how long the aftershocks will continue.
But he says previous earthquakes, in this country and overseas, have been followed by seismic activity for up to 30 years.
Dr Berryman says while the current sequence of aftershocks will eventually drop off, there is a possibility it could trigger further earthquakes, beginning the cycle again

Feeling Depessed? 27 Depressing Statistics About The U.S. Economy That Will Make You Feel Even Worse

If you know someone that believes that the U.S. economy is in great shape, just show that person the following statistics.  But please don't show these statistics to anyone that is feeling depressed or that has just lost a job - it might push such a person over the edge.  The sad truth is that the U.S. economy is in the midst of a long-term decline and it is coming apart at the seams.  Right now the Obama administration and the Federal Reserve are attempting to "paper over" our economic problems with massive amounts of government debt and paper currency, but in the end it is not going to work.  When you analyze the numbers objectively, it leads to the inescapable conclusion that we are headed for another Great Depression.  That is a very depressing thought, but there is no denying that decades of debt and incredibly bad decisions are starting to catch up with us.  The economic pain that is coming is going to be absolutely mind blowing.

It would be nice if our politicians and our business leaders suddenly started making incredibly wise decisions so that we could bring the U.S. economy in for a "soft landing", but the chance of that happening is so small that it is not even worth mentioning.

It is time for all of us to face up to the truth.  In this day and age it is really easy to get caught up in the trap of feeling depressed, but once we understand exactly how bad our problems are it can be empowering because then we can start focusing on solutions.

The following are 27 depressing statistics about the U.S. economy that are almost too crazy to believe....

#1 The Obama administration projects that the federal budget deficit will be approximately $1,600,000,000,000 this year.  Right now the Republicans and the Democrats are fighting tooth and nail over budget cuts.  The Republicans are proposing to cut the budget deficit by 3.8%.  The Democrats only want to cut it by 2.1%.

#2 The U.S. economy actually grew more between 1930 and 1940 than it did during the decade that recently ended.

#3 Over the last decade, the number of Americans without health insurance has risen from about 38 million to about 52 million.

#4 Agricultural commodities are absolutely soaring.  The price of corn has more than doubled over the last 12 months.  Considering the fact that corn is in literally thousands of our food products, that is a very frightening statistic.

#5 Between 1999 and 2009, real median household income in the United States declined by 5.0%.

#6 It is being estimated that total U.S. government debt will grow by 42 percent by the year 2015.

#7 According to the Pentagon, the cost of the first week of attacks on Libya was 600 million dollars.

#8 The average American now spends approximately 23 percent of his or her income on food and gas.

#9 According to the U.S. Energy Department, the average U.S. household will spend approximately $700 more on gasoline in 2011 than it did during 2010.

#10 It is being projected that for the first time ever, the OPEC nations are going to bring in over a trillion dollars from exporting oil this year.  Their biggest customer is the United States.

#11 According to the Economic Policy Institute, almost 25 percent of U.S. households now have zero net worth or negative net worth.  Back in 2007, that number was just 18.6 percent.

#12 China produced 19.8 percent of all the goods consumed in the world last year.  The United States only produced 19.4 percent.

#13 The United States has lost an average of 50,000 manufacturing jobs per month since China joined the World Trade Organization in 2001.

#14 The U.S. trade deficit with China in 2010 was 27 times larger than it was back in 1990.

#15 U.S. home values have fallen an astounding 6.3 trillion dollars since the peak of the real estate market in 2005.

#16 According to RealtyTrac, one out of every 45 U.S. households was hit with a foreclosure filing in 2010.

#17 The number of homes that were actually repossessed reached the 1 million mark for the first time ever during 2010.

#18 New home sales in the United States set a brand new all-time record low in the month of February.

#19 Now home sales in the United States are now down 80% from the peak in July 2005.

#20 The financial condition of American families continues to deteriorate rapidly.  In 2010, one out of every eight American families had at least one family member that was unemployed.  That number was the highest it has been since the U.S. Labor Department began keeping track of that statistic back in 1994.

#21 There are now more than 6 million Americans that the government says have given up looking for work completely.

#22 According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average length of unemployment in the U.S. is now an all-time record 39 weeks.

#23 Americans now owe more than $900 billion on student loans, which is also an all-time record high.

#24 Average household debt in the United States has now reached a level of 136% of average household income.

#25 According to the Federal Reserve, between 2007 and 2009 median household net worth in the United States fell by 23 percent.

#26 The Federal Reserve also says that median household debt in the United States has risen to $75,600.

#27 According to a recent article posted on the website of the American Institute of Economic Research, the purchasing power of a U.S. dollar declined from $1.00 in 1913 to 4.6 cents in 2009.  Sadly, the Federal Reserve is working very hard to get rid of the little bit of purchasing power that the U.S. dollar has left.

"Jesus left the temple and was walking away when his disciples came up to him to call his attention to its buildings. 'Do you see all these things?' he asked. 'I tell you the truth, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down.'

As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. 'Tell us,' they said, 'when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?'

Jesus answered: 'Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.

'Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but he who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

'So when you see standing in the holy place 'the abomination that causes desolation,' spoken of through the prophet Daniel--let the reader understand-- then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let no one on the roof of his house go down to take anything out of the house. Let no one in the field go back to get his cloak. How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! Pray that your flight will not take place in winter or on the Sabbath. For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now--and never to be equaled again. If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened. At that time if anyone says to you, 'Look, here is the Christ!' or, 'There he is!' do not believe it. For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and miracles to deceive even the elect--if that were possible. See, I have told you ahead of time." Matthew 24:1-25. NIV

Dimon: About 100 US Local Governments Not Going to “Make It”

04/01/11 Stockholm, Sweden – Meredith Whitney, CEO of the Meredith Whitney Advisory Group, has been beating the drum for some time that state and local governments continue to spend far beyond their means. More recently, she added that this year hundreds of billions in US municipal bonds are likely to default.

Against this backdrop, JPMorgan Chase Chairman and CEO Jamie Dimon has now publicly declared that somewhere around 100 US municipalities are going to fail in renegotiating the terms of their bond payments. While he doesn’t expect the bankrupt local governments to “shatter America,” he’s clear that the downturn in the credit cycle still has plenty of casualties to grind out.

Dimon: About 100 US Local Governments Not Going to “Make It”

04/01/11 Stockholm, Sweden – Meredith Whitney, CEO of the Meredith Whitney Advisory Group, has been beating the drum for some time that state and local governments continue to spend far beyond their means. More recently, she added that this year hundreds of billions in US municipal bonds are likely to default.

Against this backdrop, JPMorgan Chase Chairman and CEO Jamie Dimon has now publicly declared that somewhere around 100 US municipalities are going to fail in renegotiating the terms of their bond payments. While he doesn’t expect the bankrupt local governments to “shatter America,” he’s clear that the downturn in the credit cycle still has plenty of casualties to grind out.

Dimon: About 100 US Local Governments Not Going to “Make It”

04/01/11 Stockholm, Sweden – Meredith Whitney, CEO of the Meredith Whitney Advisory Group, has been beating the drum for some time that state and local governments continue to spend far beyond their means. What Do You Really Need To Know About Meditation

Read any guidebook or article related to psychic development or any spiritual practice, and you will learn that the basics of basics include meditation - a huge pain in the back for some people, and a great and inspiring practice for others. Unfortunately for many, meditation isn’t as simple as some modern teachers would like you to believe. In reality, we have at least two types of meditation you can practice.

This is perhaps the first and most important information to mention. Meditation is often misunderstood as religious practice – this is not true. Meditation is a-religious, it’s not a religious practice, it’s just a way of putting your mind into specific state. Even something as simple as prayer in Christian religion is a form of “meditation”.

Meditation is a practice, and there are different forms of meditations, different school of thoughts, designed and created in various parts of the planet, by different people in different cultures. The truth is that you don’t have to worship anything, or believe in anything, and you can still benefit from meditation. But what really is meditation? Well, it’s not that simple as you might think.

We can say there are at least two schools of meditation – first one that teaches about entering altered states of consciousness (by some referred to as trance state), and second one, that teaches about expanding your consciousness, yet putting your mind at peace.

First school of thought is often associated with Western occultism and shamanistic background and it’s primary school “ruling” in modern magick and western psychic development systems.Second school is associated with Eastern esoteric spiritual teachings and with spiritual development practices, not psychic abilities development. But this is the school you should be really interested in.

Why that second school is so important? Because it teaches about expanding your consciousness while putting your mind at peace. On the opposite, that first school teaches you about narrowing your focus so you become blind to signals you do not seek. Let’s face the truth – if you make yourself blind to the voice of the Universe, how can you listen to psychic impressions, anyway?

Most Western schools of thoughts tells people that meditation is about entering trance, an altered state of consciousness. In this altered state, you can work with your problems, perform psychic or magical work, or just relax. To be honest, I find playing computer games more relaxing than entering trance states of mind. As I said - trance and altered states of consciousness are making you blind to the world around you. And by world I mean everything that is – physical, mental and emotional impressions.

 You see, real meditation is about “conscious consciousness” - to meditate means to be conscious of every single thought, emotional, mental or physical feeling you might have, while keeping your mind at peace. By meditating with proper techniques, you expand your consciousness, and the more conscious you are, the more attention you pay, the more you can “see” – and consciousness is important element of psychic development – you must be aware of the Universe around you.

By practicing altered states of consciousness and trance states, you’re not only making yourself blind to psychic and spiritual impressions, but you’re also dumping your own consciousness. It’s very easy to ignore your problematic thoughts and emotions, but true development is all about facing your fears, then dealing with them. Good psychic is a psychic that deals with problems, instead of running away from them.

I was practicing different techniques that were putting my mind at altered states of mind for many, many years. But when I discovered Zazen meditation (thanks to my intuition, that pushed me towards this practice), I’ve noticed a great boost in my own development.

In case of trance states, I was always struggling against constant bombardment of thoughts. Fighting with them have no point, as only calm observation can lead to getting rid of your thoughts. Being conscious that the thoughts are out there and that you’re consciously listening to them, puts your subconscious at peace. And then, you can calmly observe and Universe around you.

Once my thoughts were calm, I was able to focus on specific problem, and consciously observe every single thought, emotion or physical sensation that came to me, recognizing these impressions as advices, or problems, as well, but problems which I had to deal with in order to move forward. And that’s the greatest benefit of meditation in my case.

I cannot say “stop your altered states practices” – because there’s nothing wrong with them as long as you’re not thinking about real development on both psychical and spiritual levels. They can be often useful, as well, for example when you need to shut some emotions down to deal with other emotions. But if you’re thinking about real psychic and spiritual growth, then real conscious meditation should be your practice.

Also, you might know the famous phrase “sex, drugs and rock’n'roll” – while sex is good, and rock’n'roll simple rocks, drugs are simple useless and destructive tools often used for entering altered states. Please – if you’re practicing trance states after all, enter them using natural methods and mind techniques. Do not use drugs or any “sacred plants”, it’s not worth it.

Altered states are turning you blind, narrowing your perception – real meditation expands your consciousness and it’s the one you should practice.

So what kind of meditation techniques do I recommend? There are two of these. First one, the basic should be practiced over two months and it’s quite simple. Here it is, step by step:

All you have to do is to sit down and relax, then with closed eyes. Say to yourself “I will now count down from 100 to 0, and when I will reach 0, I will be in proper meditative state.” Start counting down from 100 to 0. And if you will get distracted, start all over again from 100. This will help you develop your self-discipline. When you will reach 0, say to yourself “I’m now in proper meditative state. I will always achieve this state when I will count down to 0?. Notice that you should not mention “from 100 to 0? – because the goal is to count down from 10 to 0 in order to enter this meditative state.After 2 weeks of daily practice, start counting down from 50. Remember to say the programming formula first. Next week, count down from 40, next week from 30 and so on. Remember about programming formula after reaching 0.After few weeks, you will be able to count down from 10 to 0 and you will achieve proper meditative state in which your thoughts are calm and at peace. Each time you will reach 0, remember about your programming formula. In such meditative state, you can consciously observe your thoughts, emotions and feelings.

This is very basic technique, by some it might looks quite similar to different “trance-how-to” techniques, but the difference is the goal – you want to calm down your entire mind while staying conscious and aware of the world around you, and the mind inside you. That’s the basic technique. After few months, you can switch to much more effective, yet much more difficult technique.

The greatest gift of Zen Buddhism to our Western culture in my opinion is the practice of Zazen – a sitting meditation. It’s difficult yet simple technique (trust me, Zen is full of such paradoxes), a practice you should definitely learn. Unfortunately, it’s hard to teach Zazen over the Internet, so you have to find a teacher or Zen school somewhere in your nearest area. But it’s definitely worth it!

And when your mind is at peace at last, and your thoughts are no longer bombarding your consciousness, you can start using meditation. For example by focusing on a problem you might have. First, while in meditative state, define the problem you have, and then just let things flow. Consciously observe every single feeling and thought you have, as the answers will reach you soon. It’s quite useful in case of learning psychic abilities:

If you want to learn some new skill, or you’re having a problem with some psychic ability, you might use meditation to find out the best way to practice that skill of choice, or to identify the problem that is making the skill difficult to learn.Such meditation is also useful if you wish to identify other subconscious problems, that might generate energy body blockages, which can be later dealt with using affirmations.

Meditation and Prayer

Often, through meditation you can also pray. It’s sad that prayer has been reduced to religious practice. In reality, prayer is just another spiritual practice, similar to meditation, but have a specific goal. For example, through prayer you can ask for help and support, or you can show help and support to others. In order to pray in correct way, you need to keep some rules in mind:

Target your prayer – some people pray to God, some people pray to different deities, some people pray to the Source, there are also people who pray to the Force from Star Wars Universe (it’s not weird, really, as the Force have more in common with the Source, Universe and God, than any wicked deity from any wicked religion). Remember to target your prayer – who do you pray to? Personally, I pray to God which I’m also referring to as the Source.Prayer cannot be read line by line - prayers written down in Bible or any other Holy Books are not prayers – these are rhymes, poems and basically useless words. Good prayer is yours only, spoken from your heart, spoken by your soul and mind, not by your vocal chords.Pray using emotions and visualization – when you pray, use visualization and positive emotions. When you pray for good health, be thankful for good health and visualize yourself healthy. When you pray for money, visualize yourself rich and be thankful for money.Pray for positive things - never, ever pray for someone to be hurt. Never pray to cure the illness, because psychic powers are wicked, and they might first made someone ill, in order to cure him or her later. Always pray for positive things, and be thankful for positive things.Always be grateful and say “thanks” - be thankful for things you pray for, like they would be already yours, already here.

What can you pray for? For example for help to deal with a problem. Or for support during business meeting. For guidance related to spiritual growth. You can also pray for benefit of others. Prayer as spiritual practice is important for everyone who wish to develop spiritually. But it can be also useful for businessman, worker, teachers, husband, and psychic wannabe – literally everyone can benefit from good prayer.

Meditation and prayer are tools of the trade. Together, with affirmations, they can speed up your psychic and spiritual development like no other practice. They take time and they require patience, but they provide you with great benefits. Real meditation can be a relaxing experience, and when used along with affirmations and prayers, it can change your life from top to bottom in a matter of few months.

The Truth About Japan's Earthquake, Tsunami and Nuclear Disaster

March of 2011 may end up setting records when it comes to devastating disasters. Earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, extreme weather and more. However, nothing really comes close to the two edged threat caused by the March 12, 2011 Earthquake which may be one of the most severe of all time. Rated at between 9.0 and 9.4, depending on who you listen to, the quake and subsequent aftershocks have caused 310 billion dollars in damage as of this writing, thousands of lives with over six thousand dead and seventeen thousand people still missing. It had also created a potential nuclear nightmare.

The first fruit of the earthquake was a huge tsunami which stretched from the orient, all the way to the west coast of the United States. America managed to avoid the kind of wholesale destruction seen in Japan. The Japanese are known for being prepared when it comes to such things as earthquakes, but this one caught them off guard. It was just too powerful and created the additional nightmare of a tsunami that came ashore with heights that ranged from thirty to eighty feet.

Earthquakes that happen under the sea often create the most damaging tsunami waves. Waves of that type can be thirty to eighty feet high when they hit shorelines. The speed and power of the tsunami wave is irresistible and devastating to anyone and anything in its path. Ships, land vehicles, buildings and people are often tossed about like tiny toys in a bathtub. Even the natural shape of the land can be altered by the power of this phenomenon. In the aftermath of the huge waves, the receding water can easily draw people and things out into the ocean.

Residents of towns along the Japanese coast had little time to prepare for what would become record-setting wave heights that worked their way inland, past areas thought to be tsunami safe. One wave that was twenty-three feet high raced ashore at the speed of a jumbo jet and managed to get six miles inland before it began to recede. People, vehicles and buildings of all sizes were laid waste by the giant waves. Nothing could stand up before this huge force of nature and survive.

Along with power outages, lack of clean water supplies, food shortages and thousands of dead bodies washing up on to the beaches of the Japanese coast, came the sudden possibility of a nuclear disaster. Several reactors and containment buildings for their spent fuel were damaged in the earthquake. Despite valiant efforts on the part of employees at several nuclear power generating sites, the threat looms worse than ever. Japan's Prime Minister, Naoto Kan, has become increasingly somber and pessimistic as he has addressed the Japanese People and the world.

The most frustrating thing for the average American is the inability of our national news media to speak the truth concerning the extent of the nuclear problem now facing Japan and the world. It's almost as if it either doesn't exist, or will never reach the shores of the Americas. Even religious leaders and broadcasters seem to be ignoring the nuclear situation. Most of them are more focused on using the earthquake and tsunami as fundraising tools for their individual programs and worldwide ministries.

Several days after the earthquake and tsunami hit Japan, one national religious broadcaster was in the midst of an annual fundraising effort. Although they run a text graphic at the bottom of the screen asking people to pray for the Japanese, they did not mention the twin disasters during their live show and made no mention whatsoever of the nuclear threat posed by the power plants that were damaged. Instead, the preacher in charge asked people to send him ten dollars for a new internet ministry to receive financial blessings. If you didn't have the ten dollars, he suggested that folks go to their neighbors, borrow the money and send it off to him.

It's time for people to understand what is really happening in Japan. Within forty-eight hours of the earthquake, a spokesperson for the Union of Concerned Scientists appeared on The Today Show and stated that the area around the Fukishima facility was registering one million times above normal trace radiation levels. As of this writing, that same area is now said to have radiation levels ten thousand times above safe limits. The sea water around the Fukishima reactors has become highly contaminated with levels now over 1000 times normal.

More frightening than the current situation is the possibility that radiation from one or more nuclear reactors in Japan has been leaking into the world's natural environment for over a year. Several scientists have pointed out that the reactors have not been properly inspected for over ten years. They also say that previous earthquakes and tremors in Japan may have caused damage that was not detected and might explain the enigmatic deaths of fish and birds throughout the world during the last several years.

On March 9, 2011 over one million dead sardines clogged a marina in Redondo Beach, California. The cause of death remains unknown, but many were said to have had high levels of radiation in them. So much so that many could not be used for fertilizer as originally planned. Several fishing vessels within a thousand miles of Japan have reported pulling up nets full of dead fish within weeks of the earthquake. These fish also showed higher then normal levels of radiation when tested.

Tens of thousands of dead fish washed up on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland during the early months of 2011. Since December of 2010, 100 tons of fish have washed ashore near Paran?, Paranagu?, and other coastal towns in Brazil. New Zealand reported that hundreds of dead snapper fish washed onto the beaches of Coromandel on the North Island. Not all of these odd occurrences may be related to some unknown or unreported release of radioactive materials, but I cannot recall a time when so many unexplained events of this type have happened so often throughout the world.

In early January over five thousand blackbirds and starlings fell out of the sky and were already dead when they hit the ground in Arkansas. Five hundred birds fell dead out of the sky in Louisiana less than a month later. In all, the U.S. Geological Survey has reported that at least ninety mass deaths of birds and other wildlife occurred between June and December of 2010. None have been explained to the satisfaction of scientists and most wildlife preservation societies; a few have involved over one thousand birds inexplicably dropping out of the sky dead.

It's upsetting to watch news and weather professionals basically lie to people about the potential danger to the United States and other nations posed by the Japanese nuclear disaster. They keep saying that any radiation carried to other areas by seawater currents will be completely dispersed, but is that really true? If loads of dead fish are being pulled up in nets by fishing boats within one thousand miles of Japan and reports now indicate that one or more reactors may have been leaking for a over a year or more, can we not assume that at least some of the damage is already done?

As of this writing, on March 27, 2011, Japanese officials report that several pools of radioactive water now exist in containment and/or nuclear reactor buildings that are ten million times above normal. How long can this kind of contamination be contained? That is especially true when you consider the fact that the people trying to solve the problem have admitted that they really do not know how bad the leak is or even if that is the problem in the first place. We must remember that certain types of radiation exposure tend to create damage on humans and animals from the inside out.

Let's take a look at the situation from a scientific, Biblical and prophetic standpoint:

Just in the past few days, sometime around March 24,2011, three workers from one plant were admitted to the hospital after they were exposed to a pool of contaminated water that may have contained radioactivity that was a million times above the normal levels. The workers were shielded by a large tarp to keep from public from seeing what has happened to them. It's possibly and probably burned by exposure to radiation. It appears that the news media and their carefully chosen expert spokespeople are simply ignoring the reality of radiation science and making things up as they go along, attempting to quell panic among their readers, listeners and viewers.

The worst offenders are the people that claim to speak for the Lord. They stand in their pulpits and remain silent about the threat and the fact that Bible Prophecy is coming true while we watch. God has warned people about ignoring Him and disobeying His Will. For example, the Bible says in Psalm 9:17, "The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God." There are many people in many nations that believe that God is merely a concept; that his Word is a book of fairy tales; that his prophecy and judgments are merely made up stories designed to frighten people. But, guess again!

During the past year we have witnessed a number of disasters and odd events that have been predicted in the Word of God. These include numerous and powerful earthquakes, devastating floods, pestilences, strange and unidentified objects seen in the skies all over the world, wars, conflicts, rebellions, the shrinking and then enlargement of the moon, famines and much more.

ON THE EARTH: According to the U.S. Geological Society, there have been over 50 earthquakes ranging in magnitude from three all the way to the 9.0-9.4 (depending on which expert you listen to) earthquake in Japan from January of 2010 to March of 2011. Record cold weather has destroyed or delayed crops in many U.S. States. A new type of citrus pest is killing orange trees and citrus cops in the southeast and also threatens the southwest. Hoards of up to a million wild boars are roaming the Southern and a few Midwestern U.S. States. They destroy crops, damage property and are difficult to kill.

IN THE SKIES: Last year scientists told us that the Moon was shrinking; now they say it's growing larger. A huge object appeared over North and South American and moved slowly across the sky. It was photographed and filmed by thousands of people. Scientists were unable to identify this object which did not appear to be a meteor or easily recognizable astronomical object. It did not break apart and may have crashed into the Atlantic Ocean.

The following Bible verses give us a preview of things to come as God's Judgment plays out on the Earth:

Matthew 24:3-8: "And as he sat upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows."

Luke 21:5-11: And as some spake of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones and gifts, he said, As for these things which ye behold, the days will come, in the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them. Her princes in the midst thereof are like wolves ravening the prey, to shed blood, and to destroy souls, to get dishonest gain. And her prophets have daubed them with untempered morter, seeing vanity, and divining lies unto them, saying, Thus saith the Lord GOD, when the LORD hath not spoken. The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully. It's important for people to understand that the world will probably not end tomorrow, but the events that are unfolding worldwide are certainly a sign that we are witnessing the beginning of the end. God's patience is running out and it's time for people to examine their lives and their relationship with the Creator of our world! Do not be fooled by the happy talk of news media pundits and preachers sold out to the idea that having people support their lavish lifestyles is more important than telling the truth as it's revealed in God's Word.
